Cancellation Policy

Please note that our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

We kindly ask that all cancellations/rescheduling be made 24 hours in advance. Deposits will not be refunded/transferred if not scheduled within the 24 hour time period. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service fee. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service. Additional bookings will not be accepted if the fee is not paid in full prior to new service request.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there is an additional $10 late fee added to your appointment charge. Arriving after the grace period will not extend service time. The appointment will end at the allotted time scheduled.
